In a statement issued in Jalingo, Hassan described his appointment and service as a privilege, noting that he regarded the opportunity as a call to serve and to add value to grassroots governance.
He commended the PDP leadership at the state, zonal, and local levels for what he described as their encouragement and confidence in him, which, according to him, inspired his performance in office.
The chairman also acknowledged the role of traditional rulers, religious leaders, youths, women, and other stakeholders in ensuring an inclusive administration.
Hassan further extended appreciation to his supporters, family, and associates for standing by him, saying their loyalty and trust strengthened his resolve for effective service delivery.
