Youths in Bali Local Government Area of Taraba State have described the Chairman of the Council, Hon. Habila Bala Balasa, as a leader of integrity and proven character, noting that his style of leadership reflects a deep commitment to service and accountability.
The commendation was contained in a statement issued at the weekend following a review of the activities of the council under Hon. Balasa’s leadership. The youths highlighted that his administration has remained people-centred and development-driven.
According to the statement, the council chairman has shown consistency in governance by prioritising policies and programmes that address the real needs of communities at the grassroots level. The youths emphasised that such initiatives have improved the standard of living across the local government.
