The Chairman of Kurmi Local Government Council in Taraba State, Hon. Moses Maihankali, has launched an ambitious project to restore the long-abandoned government lodge in the area.

The lodge, which has remained in a state of disrepair for over a decade since the tenure of former Hon. DC Hosea, consists of twenty rooms.

In a bid to bring the facility back to life, Maihankali is ensuring that the necessary machinery and resources are provided to guarantee the timely completion of the renovation.

The project is expected to have a significant positive impact on the local economy, offering a comfortable environment for both government officials and visitors.

This restoration effort is part of the Chairman’s larger plan to address several long-neglected government projects across Kurmi LGA.

Maihankali has vowed to complete the renovation before April, demonstrating his commitment to delivering on his promises to the people.

The completion of the government lodge will not only revitalize the area but also serve as a clear indication of Maihankali’s leadership and vision for the future development of Kurmi LGA.
