The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, has expressed profound grief over the passing of Alhaji Mohammed Mahe AbdulKadir, Chief of Staff to the Governor of Kwara State.
In a statement by his spokesman, Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona, the Emir conveyed his shock and sorrow, saying, “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un, I receive the demise of Prince Mahe AbdulKadir with rude shock and surprise.”
The Emir described the late Chief of Staff as a dedicated administrator and a loyal member of the Alimi dynasty, noting that his death is a significant loss to the Ilorin Emirate.
He extended his condolences to the widow, children, friends, and associates of the deceased, as well as to the government and people of Kwara State, especially Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq CON.
The Emir concluded by praying for the forgiveness of the late Mahe AbdulKadir, asking that his good deeds be accepted and that he be granted Al-Jannatul Firdaus.
