Dr. Awwal Aliyu Abdullahi, the National President of the Nineteen Seventeen Northern Consensus Movement for Peace, Unity, Empowerment, and Development Initiative (NSNCM), has extended his heartfelt condolences to the Governor of Jigawa State, Mallam Umar Namadi, following the tragic loss of his mother and son.

This show of solidarity occurred during a strategic meeting at the Government House in Dutse, where Dr. Awwal, also an aspirant for the All Progressive Congress ticket for the Babura/Garki Federal Constituency by-election, offered his sympathies.

The meeting, which followed Dr. Awwal’s condolences, highlights his desire for collaborative efforts aimed at promoting development and progress in Jigawa State.

Governor Namadi, who is widely regarded as the “Servant Governor,” has been committed to uplifting the state through a range of development initiatives.

Among the most notable are his administration’s approval of a N13 billion memorandum for the variation of prices on ongoing road contracts, and the introduction of the “Jigawa Worker Agricultural Support Scheme,” which aims to empower civil servants through agricultural productivity and food security initiatives.

Dr. Awwal Abdullahi Aliyu expressed his support for these progressive efforts and stressed that these initiatives represent crucial steps in promoting economic growth and regional development.

He commended the Governor’s leadership in driving both infrastructure development and agricultural growth, which he believes are pivotal to the state’s future prosperity.

As the Northern region continues to experience transformative changes under Governor Namadi’s leadership, Dr. Awwal Abdullahi Aliyu’s vision and expertise are seen as valuable contributions to the broader development agenda of Jigawa State and the Northern region as a whole.

His engagement with the Governor signifies a commitment to furthering the cause of economic empowerment, infrastructure development, and agricultural advancement, helping to shape a prosperous future for the people of Jigawa and beyond.
