Gov. AbdulRazaq Commission Osi Campus KWASU, Fulfills Promise Development

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State has officially inaugurated the Osi Campus of Kwara State University (KWASU), marking a key achievement in his administration’s commitment to completing developmental projects.

The inauguration, attended by government officials, traditional rulers, and community leaders, underscores the focus on inclusive growth and regional progress.

Governor AbdulRazaq emphasized that the completion of both the Osi and Ilesha Baruba campuses highlights his administration’s resolve to avoid abandoned projects.

He further stated that the Osi Campus, housing the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, symbolizes the administration’s commitment to sustainable development and academic excellence.

The project promises significant benefits, including job creation, innovation, and regional development, particularly for the youth. The Vice-Chancellor of KWASU, Sheikh Prof.

Luqman Jimoh, and other stakeholders lauded the governor’s dedication to education, while traditional leaders praised his efforts in improving the Osi community.

The Osi Campus, featuring advanced facilities and approved programs in fields like Geography, Urban Planning, and Estate Management, is set to enhance higher education and regional prosperity.

Governor AbdulRazaq reaffirmed his administration’s focus on equitable development across Kwara State.
