Governor Agbu Kefas has called on the Mumuye Nation to use the Belle Festival as a platform to promote unity and togetherness in Taraba State.
Speaking at the event in Zing Town, the Governor emphasized that the festival should serve as a unifying stem, encouraging Mumuye sons and daughters to cherish and promote their rich cultural heritage.
He also praised the Mumuye Nation for their dedication to preserving peace as a cornerstone of their culture.
In his remarks, the Chairman of Zing Local Government Council, Davoro Titus Gwandis, highlighted that the Belle Festival is designed to foster unity and strengthen the cultural identity of the Mumuye Nation.
Former Governor of Taraba State, Jolly Nyame, also commended the organizers for using the event to promote harmony among the Mumuye people. He further acknowledged Governor Agbu Kefas for his commitment to driving development in the state.
