The Director General of the National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS), Professor Abubakar Olanrewaju Sulaiman, has lauded Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for the successful completion of several landmark projects in Kwara State, describing them as “unprecedented.”

In a statement issued on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, by his Media Adviser, Mohammad Abdulkadri, Professor Sulaiman congratulated the governor on delivering these transformative projects under the Renewed Hope Initiative.
He specifically commended key projects, including:
The multi-billion-naira Civil Service Clinic, named after Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu.

The Tanke and Unity flyovers, dedicated to the late Major General Babatunde Idiagbon and the Emir of Ilorin, Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari.
The ultramodern Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the Kwara State University Teaching Hospital (KWASUTH).
Professor Sulaiman also praised the warm reception accorded to the First Lady during her three-day visit, describing it as a “never-to-be-forgotten experience” for the people of Kwara State.

With these legacy projects, Governor AbdulRazaq has further solidified his administration’s commitment to infrastructural development and improved healthcare services, earning national recognition for his efforts.
