“This is a sad development and very unfortunate. I pray for God’s guidance and protection in all our travels,” Badawiy stated.

ABS FC, based in Ilorin, is currently competing in the 2024/25 Nigeria National League (NNL) season. Further updates on the condition of the injured players and officials are expected in due course.
