The Federal Government on Friday launched the Nigeria Country Resilience and Human Security Assessment document in Abuja.
The study was carried out by the Office for Strategic Preparedness and Resilience (OSPRE) with support from ECOWAS, the European Union and German agency, GIZ.
According to OSPRE’s Strategic Communications Officer, Amina Wali, the report provides fresh insights into Nigeria’s resilience and human security gaps and will guide policy and national responses to emerging threats.

OSPRE’s Director-General said the initiative marked a milestone in efforts to build a whole-of-government and whole-of-society approach to resilience.
