The family of Mr. Gabriel Olayinka, Chief Executive Officer of SUMTV and publisher of Taraba News, has confirmed the passing of Pastor Oladapo Adegoke Olayinka.
Pastor Olayinka, a respected minister of the gospel, died peacefully on Thursday, September 11, 2025, in his hometown of Ogbomosho, Oyo State, after a brief illness. He was aged 65.
In a statement signed by Bro. Amos Olayinka on behalf of the family, the late cleric was described as a devoted husband, father and spiritual leader whose life reflected faith, service, and compassion.
He is survived by his wife, children, brothers, and sisters.
The family said details of the burial rites would be made public in due course.
