The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has successfully destroyed several terrorist hideouts in Borno State following a series of precision air strikes carried out under ongoing counter-insurgency operations.
According to military sources, the air strikes targeted key enclaves used by terrorists for logistics, planning, and coordination of attacks against both military formations and civilian communities in the state.

The operation, executed after credible intelligence and surveillance, reportedly neutralised several terrorists and destroyed weapons caches, motorcycles, and other operational assets.
NAF officials said the strikes form part of sustained efforts to degrade the operational capacity of insurgent groups and restore peace across the North-East region.

They reaffirmed the commitment of the Armed Forces of Nigeria to maintaining pressure on terrorists while ensuring the safety of civilians during military operations.
Security operations in the area are ongoing.
